Fran McDonnell
Fran McDonnell is a well-regarded consultant in workforce development and training in social care. Fran's career spans thirty years as a social worker, operational manager, trainer, advisor and consultant. She is skilled in developing successful networks and partnerships with a range of stakeholders, including the voluntary and private sector and service users. She has worked at a national, regional and local level with a wide range of organisations. She takes a whole systems approach to individual and organisational development and has been a consultant on the project to develop the Topss England leadership and management development strategy (2004) based on this model.
Fran's expertise includes:
